We offer a full refund on all products returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
Return Eligibility
Eligible for Return:

- β Unused items with all tags/accessories intact
- β Returned within 30 days of delivery
Not Eligible for Return:
- β Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
- β Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- β Products returned after 30-day window
How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email support@kinandpaws.com with your order number
Step 2: We'll send you a return shipping label within 24 hours
Step 3: Pack the item securely in original packaging
Step 4: Drop off at your nearest carrier location
Step 5: We'll process your refund within 5-7 days of receiving your return
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. However, if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no charge to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You'll receive an email confirmation within 1 business day
- Your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Funds will be returned to your original payment method
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 days to appear in your account
Damaged or Defective Products
Quality issues are extremely rare, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@kinandpaws.com. Include photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refundβwhichever you prefer.
Exchanges
We don't currently offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you'd like.
